Famous Caramel Rolls Recipe

This morning I was pleased to try the Carmel Pecan Rolls at Community Breakfast, and boy were they good!  I went to see if I could track down the recipe, or if it was a secret.  Well, the secret's out!  Here it is for your enjoyment on mornings that don't begin with "M". ;)
